Terms of use and services

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These terms govern the informational use of viesla.com and explain how Viesla Studio services are agreed. Viesla Studio is the independent professional activity of Mohamed Alyasin in Morocco. Contact: [email protected].

1. Website use and enquiries

You may browse the website and request information without purchasing a service. Submitting the form or speaking with the assistant does not place an order, create a payment obligation or accept a quotation. Do not use the website to introduce unlawful content, infringe rights, obtain unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.

2. Services and individual proposals

Viesla Studio offers web design, online stores, visual identity, digital resources and automation. Before contracting, the scope, deliverables, schedule, revisions, price, applicable taxes, third-party costs and support terms will be specified in writing. Acceptance of a proposal must be explicit. Validly agreed project-specific terms supplement these terms without reducing mandatory rights.

3. Prices and payments

There is no universal price for all projects. The proposal will specify amounts, currency, any deposits, milestones and due dates. Additional services or third-party costs must be communicated and agreed before they are incurred. Visiting this website does not subscribe you to a paid service.

4. Materials, access and cooperation

The client must provide accurate information and materials with sufficient usage rights, and review deliveries within agreed deadlines. Access should be shared by appropriate methods and limited to what is necessary. Delays caused by missing materials or decisions will be communicated and may require a revised schedule.

5. Delivery, revisions and support

Each project will specify its schedule, included revisions, acceptance criteria and post-launch support. Features outside the agreed scope require a further agreement. An estimated date does not replace a specific, expressly agreed commitment. Issues will be reviewed according to the contract and applicable law.

6. Intellectual property and licences

Clients retain rights to their own materials. Any assignment or licence of deliverables, when it takes effect and permitted uses will be set out in the proposal. Third-party components, open-source software, fonts and licensed resources retain their own terms. Publishing a project as a client case study or testimonial requires the relevant permission.

Examples identified as concepts and AI-generated website images illustrate a visual direction; they do not establish actual client projects or achieved results.

7. External platforms and results

WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Google and other providers have their own terms and availability. Relevant dependencies and costs will be identified in the proposal. Rankings, traffic, enquiries and sales depend on multiple factors; numerical results are not promised unless there is an explicit, supportable commitment.

The website assistant provides automated guidance based on frequently asked questions. Its responses do not replace a proposal or confirm prices, dates or contractual commitments.

8. Cancellation and client rights

Cancellation terms and the treatment of payments must be defined in the proposal, taking account of work actually completed, authorised costs and applicable law. These terms do not make all deposits automatically non-refundable or exclude statutory consumer rights.

Where a distance contract with a consumer is subject to pre-contract information or a withdrawal right, the required information and any specific consents must be obtained before work begins where applicable. Sending an enquiry does not waive those rights.

9. Confidentiality and data

Non-public information received to assess or deliver a project will be used for that purpose and treated with appropriate confidentiality, except where disclosure is legally required. Enquiry processing is described in the Privacy Policy. If a project involves processing data on the client’s behalf, the relevant terms and responsibilities must be agreed.

10. Liability and applicable law

Liability is determined by the agreed service and applicable law. No clause excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or imposes a general waiver of mandatory rights. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined under the relevant rules, preserving mandatory consumer protections where applicable.

11. Changes and contact

The date on this page identifies the current informational version. Changes do not retroactively amend existing contracts without any required agreement. For questions or issues: [email protected] or +212 772 490 481 (WhatsApp).
