This policy explains how data is processed when you visit viesla.com, submit an enquiry or contact Viesla Studio.

1. Data controller and contact

The controller is Mohamed Alyasin, an independent professional established in Morocco, trading as Viesla Studio. Contact [email protected] or +212 772 490 481 (WhatsApp).

2. Data collected

• Contact form: your name, email, business or brand if you choose to provide it, requested service, project description and acceptance of the form notice.
• Correspondence: information you provide by email or WhatsApp and documents necessary to prepare or deliver a project.
• Operation and security: technical connection data, such as IP address, date, browser and requests, which hosting and security providers may process.

Fields marked with an asterisk are necessary to handle a form enquiry. Avoid providing identity documents, health information, passwords or card details.

3. Purposes and grounds

• Answering enquiries, assessing needs and preparing requested proposals: handling your request and taking steps before a possible contract; consent where appropriate under applicable law.
• Managing contracted projects and service communications: performing the contractual relationship.
• Meeting legal obligations and addressing claims where applicable.
• Protecting and maintaining the site: a legitimate interest in security where this is a valid basis and individuals’ rights are respected.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. The form checkbox does not authorise advertising unrelated to your request.

4. Form, Google Sheets and email

When you submit the form, your data is transmitted to a Google Apps Script service, recorded in a Google Sheets spreadsheet and used to generate a notification to Viesla Studio’s mailbox. Google and email providers are involved in this process. We reply using the contact information you provide.

Website hosting, distribution and security services may also process technical data to deliver their services. Access to enquiries should be limited to people who need to handle them. We do not sell enquiry data.

5. FAQ assistant

The Arabic, Spanish and English assistant uses predefined responses in your browser. The chat component does not send or save conversation text and does not transmit it to an external AI model. Closing or reloading the page clears the conversation. To send a request to the team, use the form, email or WhatsApp.

6. Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to reply and follow up. If a service is contracted, documentation is retained for the relationship and applicable legal or liability periods. Data should be deleted or anonymised when no longer needed; backups may remain until their renewal cycle. You may request erasure where applicable.

7. Providers and international processing

Using providers such as Google, hosting and security infrastructure may involve processing outside Morocco and, depending on the service, outside the European Economic Area. Their use must comply with the contracts, safeguards and transfer procedures required in each case. This policy does not declare administrative authorisation or guarantee a single data location. You may ask the controller for information about recipients and transfers.

8. Your rights

You may request access, rectification and objection, and other rights recognised by applicable law, such as erasure, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Email [email protected], identifying the right and providing what is needed to locate your request. Additional identity verification will only be requested where necessary and proportionate.

Moroccan Law 09-08 and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation establish rights and obligations in this area. You may contact Morocco’s CNDP or, where appropriate to your situation, the competent European authority, such as the AEPD.

9. Cookies, links and external tools

See the Cookie Policy for technical and measurement technologies. Social media and WhatsApp links take you to external services with their own policies; they do not automatically subscribe you or authorise advertising.

10. Security, minors and changes

Proportionate access controls, confidentiality and security measures should be applied. No method provides absolute security. This site is intended for businesses and adults. If a minor has submitted data without necessary permission, contact us so it can be reviewed. Policy changes will be identified by the update date, with notice of material changes where appropriate.

Optional Google Analytics statistics

Google Analytics 4, connected through Site Kit, measures visits and browsing interactions to improve the site. Its cookie storage is authorised through the Statistics category in the consent window; you can reject it or withdraw your choice at any time. Google use may involve international processing. Consent Mode communicates your choice and may send limited cookieless technical signals, depending on configuration and service behaviour. Do not submit personal data in URLs or measurement fields.
