A beauty centre’s tasks do not all need the same template. Publishing content, keeping communication consistent and reviewing service costs are different needs. Before buying a bundle, identify what is holding you back and what you will actually use.
If Instagram is your priority
The 20-template kit focuses on visual communication: a coordinated feed, mini brand board, calendar, bio, Reel covers and content and promotion resources. It may fit if the rest of your business is organised and you need an editable starting point for posts.

If you need materials for the client journey
Beauty Business System expands to 58 Canva pages for introduction, promotion, sales, WhatsApp, bookings, care, reviews, rebooking and organisation. It provides materials to personalise; sending messages and managing appointments still depend on your workflow.

If you want to organise pricing and cost data
The calculator uses Excel or Google Sheets for materials, time, expenses and goals. It includes 13 tabs, a file with 16 fictional services and supporting resources. Data entry is manual, and a computer is recommended for setup.

A simple way to decide
List the three tasks you repeat most this week. If all involve posts, start with the specific kit. For enquiries and bookings, review the Canva system. For numbers, look at the calculator. Consider the bundle when you will use both communication and planning resources.
You do not need every product to begin. Check overlaps, formats and the time you can spend personalising. Current prices and terms are shown on Etsy.
What you need to use the files
The visual system requires a Canva account; the listing states that the free version is sufficient. Calculations require compatible Excel or a Google account for Sheets. The products’ original working language is Spanish. You receive files and access instructions, not an installed app or a management service carried out by Viesla.
